Prices
Every level starts as public prices from public venues. Every raw quote the keeper uses is stored and served, so anyone can recompute any level.

From quotes to a level
- Venue price. The venue's trailing 24-hour median sale, if it reports sales. Otherwise its lowest listing, if at least 3 listings exist. Otherwise no price. Converted to USD at the keeper's published FX rate.
- Composite. The median across venues whose quote is under 30 minutes old. Fewer than 3 fresh venues makes the item stale.
- Level. Every 60 seconds: rebalance level × Σ weight × (composite now ÷ composite at rebalance).
- TWAP. The tradable level is the 15-minute time-weighted average of that number.
Safety rules

Posting
The keeper posts each market's TWAP on-chain when it moves more than 0.05%, and at least every 5 minutes. Each post carries the keeper's signature and the methodology hash.
